12.07.08 - Messing about on the River...
See! We all knew that the weather would hold out for the River Festival this weekend! Wasn't it beautiful? (thank goodness! - we'd only just dried out after our trip to Cornwall...) We were so pleased to see so many of you there; we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did, and that a few more Bedfordians left with our Celtic-faery-folk music floating about in their heads. A special thank you, as always, goes to the dancers, and we must send a special mention out to Chris Foren, who took some lovely pictures of us - check them out on the website now!
06.07.08 - Ahoy Me Hearties! Faeries Gig on the Horizon!
Shiver me timbers! There be pirate faeries! The Faeries have been personally invited (by Captain Loveguns himself no less!) to support the pirate rock-opera that is 'Captain Loveguns and the Tale Telling Dead Men' at Esquires music venue Bedford on Saturday 19th July - Aaargh! Pirates, Faeries and grog - what more could you ask for! Rum all round!
Doors open at 8.00pm and entry is £5.00. Please come and support us and the Pirates, it really will be a nautical extravaganza! If you've never come across Captain Loveguns and his crew, check them out
